We’re looking for a Global M&A Analyst with up to 3 years of M&A experience who will have a vital role in the execution of a broad range of M&A transactions including Acquisitions, Majority and Minority Investments, Joint Ventures and Divestments of non-strategic businesses around the world.
You’ll be part of the central M&A team based in Amsterdam, who supports the Business Groups, the Markets and ultimately the Signify Board of Management in the identification and execution of M&A transactions, and will be reporting to the Global Head of M&A.

As M&A Analyst you’ll focus on…
Supporting the M&A team and interacting with senior business leaders on M&A project execution at every stage of the process: identification of new targets and assessment of strategic rationale, coordinating due diligence, drafting business cases and performing valuation analyses, preparing internal approval documentation, preparing marketing materials and supporting the negotiation and integration processes.
Next to that, you will be
- Leading company research and industry benchmarking
- Evaluating the financial impact from every M&A transaction including thorough valuation analysis, return on investment and impact across all financial statements
- Contributing to the decision on price considerations
- Supporting the internal approval process including alignment across multi-disciplinary teams and preparation of documentation for Signify’s Investment Committee
