One year that revolves around you
Are you inquisitive, brimming with ideas and looking for challenges? Do you get the most out of yourself and others? Then Rabo Global Traineeship is the perfect program to start your career with. We are looking for recent university graduates who are eager to develop on a personal and professional level and who have what it takes to potentially move up to a senior management position at Rabobank. In short: we are seeking enterprising people who want to make a difference.
Rabo Global Traineeship gives you the opportunity to become acquainted with all different parts of the banking business. In just one year you complete a programme that has been tailored especially for you. You will focus on a total of three projects, in both the Netherlands and abroad: two three-month projects and one six-month project. In that way you will be enabled to really get to know Rabobank, the financial world and your own ambitions and qualities.
We believe it is important for you to discover where your talents lie and what suits you. Together with other trainees you will focus on both personal and professional development. The traineeship will include a number of courses. Moreover you will be coached by a talent manager, a mentor, a supervisor and external coaches.
After completing Rabo Global Traineeship, a world of opportunities - that are in line with your wishes - will be opened. You will be able to take challenging next steps. A few examples of these opportunities include: working as an analyst on complex corporate finance deals, a project management position within IT and a position as relationship manager or risk analyst.
Rabobank is an international financial services provider based on cooperative principles. It operates in the fields of banking, asset management, leasing, insurance and real estate. The focus in the Netherlands is on broad financial services, while the focus internationally is primarily on the food and agri business. We have approximately 47,000 employees in 40 countries.
Personal and professional development are at the heart of our working method. This is why we also ensure that after the traineeship you will continue to receive excellent coaching during each and every step of your career. We do this by remaining involved in your personal development and subsequent career steps and by continuing to provide tailor-made courses and programmes.
Extensive scope and opportunities to achieve both personal and professional opportunities;
- Four personal coaches
- The opportunity to build an extensive network, both in the Netherlands and abroad
- Three projects in the Netherlands and potentially a project abroad
- Excellent primary and secondary conditions of employment
