Do you want to be part of an exciting journey and be part of the team that evangelizes eCommerce strategy across the globe? We're working on a project to develop eCommerce strategy for different markets in B2C and B2B space. Within this project we want to give an intern the unique opportunity to play an active role in this big project. Are you eager to get your hands dirty and do you want to learn more about the wonderful world of ecommerce then this is the internship for you!


1. Project Support for eCommerce strategy: Co-creation of eCommerce Strategy Playbook focusing on `retailer/channel/business model selection', `growth opportunities and ambition setting', `capabilities needed to win' etc
Stakeholders: eCommerce Leads and Management Team in Markets and Business Groups
- Support in Market Research, Competitive Landscape Analysis
- Project planning per market
- Support in assessment and deepdive preparation
- Manage library of best practises
- Ecosystem group updates and communication
- Project planning per market
- Deepdive logistics and planning
- Weekly project/deepdive heartbeat
- Managing surveys and Feedback

2. Support for B2B/B2B2C eCommerce development:
Stakeholders: B2B eCommerce stakeholders in markets and BGs
- Support deployment of operating model and capability for shops in markets
- Support development/engagement of ecosystem for B2B/B2B2C eCommerce stakeholders in Markets and BGs
- Manage Monthly Calls
- Annual B2B eCommerce engagement day.


- We are a global enablement team responsible for eCommerce for B2C & B2B within Philips
- We work cross sector and work closely with the markets, business groups


- Thesis/non-thesis
- Duration: Around 6 months
- Available per 1st of May

Please adapt the following to your requirements

- Language: English
- Knowledge: Any prior experience in Project management or eCommerce is preferred.
- Competences:

- Able to work independently after a short timeframe
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Able to push back when needed
- Strong prioritization skills
- Previous internship experience: Any experience of working in a multi-national company as part of a project team is preferred (but not mandatory)

Please notice that you will receive an allowance dependent on the nature of the internship (at least € 315 per month)  and that you are registered as a student during the whole period of the internship.
