People Advisory Services – Reward | Intern | WO

As the global workforce evolves and organizations continue to change, the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice provides clients with an effective set of integrated offerings solving their most pertinent people related business challenges.

People Advisory Service professionals combine agility, diverse thought, technical expertise, and the power of technology and analytics to help clients harness their people agenda – the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, for the right cost, doing the right things.

Our ambition is to expand our reputation as a trusted, experienced and knowledgeable HR advisor, and to do this with our people, with passion and with pride. Working as a cohesive team with all PAS competencies, as well as colleagues from our Transaction, Audit, Advisory and Tax practices, we help our clients realize sustainable results. It's how we build a better working world.

Are you an ambitious and talented professional who would like to help us to achieve this ambition? Are you proud of what you can contribute, passionate about rewards and/or solving other people related business challenges? Then we are looking for you!

Your challenge

Per the 1st of January we are looking for a Graduation intern, who will investigate Executive Compensation (the compensation of Board members of listed companies in The Netherlands) and simultaneously write his/her Master thesis, preferably on a related topic. EY will fully support you in the execution of the internship and will assist you in finding a suitable subject for your thesis. This internship offers you the opportunity to learn more about consultancy and more specifically about the job of a Reward professional. You will get a mentor assigned that helps you at the start of your internship with formulating your research question, who will also provide you with practical support during the process of writing your thesis.

The 6 month internship provides a good opportunity to get to know each other. Besides the Executive Compensation research and writing your thesis, you will have the opportunity to learn about the projects the team works on. If you are passionate about working as a Reward consultant and you have what it takes, you will surely be the best candidate to join our team after the internship.
