Internship: Talent Acquisition

Key Internship Responsibilities
You will be involved in coordinating the internship program in our HQ and you will be responsible to source and screen applications. You will have autonomous responsibility of working with the hiring manager community to ensure all hiring processes go as smoothly as possible.
Next you will also support with managing the European Graduate Program, including tasks such as, but not limited to:
Campus events organisation
Candidate on boarding process
Organise training sessions
Support with payment processes
Logistical and administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks.
We are looking for candidates who should be completing a Bachelor or Master degree in one of the following disciplines:
The internship starts at December 1st 2017 with a minimum of 4 days a week, preferably 5 days a week. The ideal candidate is available for at least 6 months.
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and creative thinkers. Also we expect you to have:
Interest in human resources (particularly talent acquisition and management development)
Excellent communication skills in English (any other European language is a plus)
Strong organizational skills as you will be involved in many different tasks
Very strong cultural awareness and taste for international environments
