Our 2 year European Graduate Program offers you the chance to receive in-depth exposure by rotating through different assignments within the Sales Function, where you will strengthen your skills and shape your future personally and professionally.
In the Sales stream, you are offered a core curriculum that fosters the development of your commercial skills and techniques that are critical to success in all of Avery Dennison’s businesses. The program prepares you for a successful Sales career by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry and customers while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities
You will work on different assignments within our Customer Service, Sales and Technical Sales Teams, where you will be challenged to bring out the best in yourself. Avery Dennison will provide you with both on-the-job experience and functional training but will also focus on personal development and leadership skills. We offer an interactive team environment, where your capabilities and skills will be developed to build a strong career foundation.
During the 2 years program, you may take on activities such as:
Gain a strong sales foundation: From various rotations, Sales Associates will craft the key skills and competencies needed to flourish in the sales industry
Work cross-functionally to gain business insights and be exposed to various aspects of the business
Develop key skills: Build skills in areas such as pricing, relationship management, negotiation, time management, and strategic business planning
Master the sales pitch: Learn all about our products and help customers identify products that best suit their needs
Positions such as Junior Field Sales Representative, Technical Consultant or Teamleader Customer Service are some of the potential positions offered immediately after the 2 year program.
We are looking for candidates who are just about to complete – or have recently completed – a Bachelor or Master degree in a commercial subject, e.g. International Business, Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. A maximum of 2 years of professional experience in an international company is a plus.

For the European Graduate Program EU Citizenship is required.
Two years rotational program, the rotations will be at designated locations across Europe.
